1000 SHEETS !!!

"SERIOUSLY?"
What cardmaker/scrapbooker would not LOVE to win this!
In order to be eligible to win the grand prize you have to post about the 1000 sheets blog candy on your own blog link back to Amy and leave her a comment and *POOF* your entered.   Hop on over and enter yourself.  Things have been a little crazy here, no time for crafting :(  but of course I have had some time to surf my favorite blogs and that is when I found this.  Hopefully I will be back at the table soon.

Teacher's card

Hey Everyone,

First I want let all the people affected by Hurricane Irene that they are in my prayers!

Ok, here is the Card and gift box I made to take to the kids teachers on Open House Night!  No there is not candy in there YET!   I need to get to the store and get some!  Chocolate?  Is there anyone that does not like Chocolate?  I have taken probably no less that 6 pictures (I am terrible at taking pictures and to add to that I STILL have not found my camera so these are taken with my phone) of these trying to get a good picture.  I guess it would be in my best interest to take a photography class, or get someone else that is better than me at taking pictures to do it.  I am pleased with how they turned out, I also made a bookmark using the Plantin School Book Cartridge, but because it has their name on them I will not show them, but I put the apple on either end with the teacher name in the middle.  The Apple and the box is from the "Wrap It Up Cartridge and the little worm is from the Lovely Floral Cartridge.   The base paper is Stampin Up - cherry cobbler (one of my favorites) , the red plaid paper if from last year Christmas pack from "The Paper Studio" and the ribbon if from Walmart!

Thank you for taking the time to check out whats new at "Little Foot Prints"

Pretty Favor Box

Good Morning!  I hope everyone is having a GREAT Monday!  In my last post I showed you a picture of a cute (although rough draft) box.  I played around with it some more this weekend and this is what I came up with.  These are so easy and fun to  make, from the Stampin up mini milk carton die.  I just love making 3D items and I have to tell you I think this is rapidly becoming one of my favorite.  All of the paper is from Stampin up.  The box itself is So Saffron, The pattern paper is Tea Party (I don't think they sell this one anymore).  The flower is one of Stampin up's flower dies and the Ribbon is from Walmart. The second picture (kinda) shows the top a little more.  I am thinking that these might hold a small cupcake but the treat possibilities are endless.  I hope everyone has a wonderful week!  Thanks for looking!

Really Cute (rough draft) Box

First:  I know, not a terrific picture!  I took it with my phone.  I was sooooo excited about this cute box I could not wait!   It is made with the Stampin  up milk carton die!   I mean how cute is this box!  The possibilities are endless!  Treat Box, Wedding Favor, Shower favor etc....  This by all means is not the best example but I had to try it out when I found it.  The box itself is Stampin up milk carton die cut in Tempting Turquoise, the pattern paper is My Minds Eye ( I think)  the ribbon is Martha Stewart from a long time ago.   Try not to judge it to harshly,  I promise I will post a better one in the next day or two, but I just had to  let you see this one.   I got the idea from "Creativity In Progress"  You can bet that I will be making more of these!   Hope you are enjoying  your weekend!

Another Card with Matching Bookmark

Here is another card I made with a matching *magnetic* bookmark.  The scallop round hanging from the ribbon on the front is the *magnetic* bookmark. The paper is from  Papertrey Ink and the "enjoy" stamp and the scallop and the "just for you" at the top are from Stampin Up and I am sorry I don't remember where I got the ribbon.  I didn't have a specific reason or person in mind when I made this card, I was just playing around and this is what happened.  It will be put into my stash (along with a *bunch* of others for when I need a little something for someone.

Cricut Lite Cartridges

Good Morning Everyone!  Just a quick note about Cricut Lite Cartridges and Walmart (affectionately known as OZ,  you know who I am talking about).  The Walmart close to where I live has Cricut Lite Cartridges for $20.   I don't know if they are the same price where you live but it might be worth checking out if you are going there anytime soon and if you are like most people  I know we are there at least 2-3 times a week.  I am going to try to post another card today sometime.  Sorry I have not posted any in a couple of days but with school starting we are having to readjust out schedules!  Hope your Walmart (OZ) has them for the same price!  Not a bad deal since they normally run $39, and the best part is you will not have to pay for shipping  *yea*.
Look forward to another card and bookmark posting later today!

Throw Back Thursday Challenge ~ Episode 230

I am entering this in Throw Back Thursday Challenge at My Creative Time blog with Emma!!  ~ This is the first time I have entered a challenge so here goes nothing. I made this for someone very special to thank him for letting us stay with him while we were on vacation! As you can probably guess, his best friend is his Fur Baby! What a goof ball that dog is!!!! Anyway, it is a post it note holder and small cork board to put the post its on with a matching pen. It can be hung on the cabinets or just about anywhere you want. The Thank You tag is just a larger version of the puppy on the post it holder and of course he had to have a bone that said "Thank U". I used the oldest cartridge I had which was Doodle Charms! Oh yea, sorry for the quality of the picture! At the time all I had to take a picture of the card was my phone.

Enjoy The Ride!

I love this little bicycle! It reminds me of the bike I had when I was a kid.
The bike is from "Just Because" cartridge, the grass is from "Paper Doll Dress Up". The paper is Stampin up and so are the buttons. This card was not really made for anything in particular except for my stash!

Thanks for looking!
